Michael Roger Evans (March 14, 1812 - March 19, 1899) was an American businessman and politician who was also active in New Canada were he was Minister of Education in the Bowie I Government from 1874 to 1878. He moved back to New York in 1887 were he worked again in his own company which was founded by himself in 1961.
